The first Relax & Glow was established five years ago, in East Boldon, by Fiona Lamb, as a beauty salon with a difference. The initial approach to beauty was to begin healing from the 'inside' hence the motto, beauty "from the inside out". The salon began as a 'petit urban spa', and still is a holistic peaceful place where men and women can feel they are entering a relaxing environment. Whilst offering a full range of beauty maintenance treatments, East Boldon, is well known for holistic treatments, and will soon be offering the bespoke luxurious Comfort Zone Organic range, after completion of a refurbishment in June 2009.

Relax & Glow acquired the well known Cleadon Beauty Clinic in February 2008, and had a complete refurbishment in October. The surroundings are now stylish and contemporary, but also welcoming and relaxing. The salon is still successfully caring for its regular clients and quickly acquiring new, as it's well known reputation speaks for itself upon your first visit!

Relax & Glow, Cleadon is located in a village that oozes charm. Situated next door to the very popular Romanos Bistro, you can have a fabulous treatment then 'pop' next door for a splendid lunch. Then to finish off your visit, you can browse in designer boutique Aria, who stocks all the well known brands such as Moschino, Marella to name a but few. Or, Marianne's, which is very well known for fabulous wedding outfits! Other shops, such as Village Antiques, Lilly by the Pond Designer Florist and Gifts, and Bon Appetite delicatessen allows any client from further afield to spend the afternoon with us!

Fiona Lamb, is still very much a 'hands on therapist', and regularly treats clients herself. This knowledge allows for her staff to be well informed and ensures the standards are kept extremely high as one would expect in such a salon of this calibre!
